LEGAL ENTITY CHANGES
As of January 1, 2024, Albemarle Corporation’s (“Albemarle”) Catalysts business will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Albemarle named Ketjen Corporation. As a result, several new Ketjen legal entities will become operational, and several Albemarle legal entities will change to reflect the Ketjen name.
